The receipts, explained
How we measured this.
Every figure on our homepage comes from the system's own records or the founder's direct account. Here is the window, the source, and the honest caveat behind each one.
What these numbers are — and aren’t
These are the receipts from building and running 16Fold on our own agency, Crabtree Marketing — the founding deployment. They describe what it cost us and what the system did for us. They are not customer results, not averages, and not a guarantee of what your business will see. As we earn client outcomes we can share, we’ll add those separately and show that work too.
Measurement window: February 1 – July 23, 2026
Ad spend audited by the agents — 4 businesses, 58 campaigns, 2.6M impressions.
Sum of daily spend across every connected ad account in our records (8,689 daily rows). This is spend the system read, reconciled, and reported on — including account history imported from June 2025. We say “audited/analyzed,” not “generated.”
Agent coordination records in roughly ten weeks.
Count of coordination-log rows written since the log began (May 15, 2026). It measures how much the agents talked to each other and to the owner — a record count, not a claim about outcomes. It includes historical rows from agents since retired.
Anthropic API spend, February 1 – July 23, 2026.
Taken directly from the Anthropic billing console. This is API usage only. It does not include our Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Google subscriptions, other model providers, image/video tools, or infrastructure (hosting, database, hardware). The real all-in cost is higher.
Of the founder's own time building and running the system.
An estimate, and labeled as one. The daily cadence is verifiable — our logs show activity on 70 of the 70 days the coordination log has existed, with session history reaching back to March. The hour count itself is the founder's direct account (6–14 hours a day, most days, since February). These are hours invested building the product — not a claim about hours saved for a customer.
Searchable knowledge chunks from 1,637 documents — the company brain.
Count of indexed document chunks and their source documents in the system's own store.
Creative and media files produced or processed · 624 posts tracked · 183 reviews monitored.
File count in the media archive, plus organic-post and review-monitoring row counts from the respective tables.
House rule on claims
We don’t publish numbers we can’t source, and we don’t claim perfect output. Verified figures come from system records; estimates are labeled and explained. If a number here is ever wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it — the point of this page is that you can check.
