What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the information you submit (name, work email, business, optional phone and notes). We also receive standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, and referrer when you use the site.
How we use it
Demo submissions are used to respond to your request and operate our sales process. Site analytics (if enabled) help us understand traffic and improve the product marketing site.
Product isolation (customers)
When you become a customer, 16Fold is designed so each business runs in its own isolated space. Customer data is not mixed across tenants, and your business is not used to train models outside your environment. Details of architecture are reviewed on a live demo.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, email, and CRM) as needed to run the site and respond to leads. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
Contact us to access, correct, or delete demo-lead information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
Security claims
We do not claim formal security certifications we have not earned. Our house rules — isolation, your keys, and human approval on outbound work — are product design commitments, not a substitute for a SOC 2 report.
